Hey so, i don't exactly know what subreddit to post this to. if this is not okay to post this here, please redirect me to a subreddit i can actually post it to before deleting my post :).

i am getting charged 10€ every month on my credit card, even though i have cancelled my subscription on my main account and have ads now. I'm not sure, but if i remember correctly i believe i have purchased premium on an alternate account that i don't even know the username/email or password to anymore, and i no longer have access to it presumably. how do i cancel my subscription from the account i no longer have acess by contacting googlr and giving thrm the transaction ID? if its possinle to get the answer what account is associated with the purchase, or to simply cancel the subsvription from happening again, Without actually severely blocking the account from for example making purchases again, or without having to block google/youtube from my credit card, which will prevent any kind of purchases made on any account from tranaactioning...
the main problem is that google support is super complicated and stupid i cannot find anything to do with something like this...
