30mg elvanse cramping !?!?

hiiii everyone, i started elvanse almost 3 weeks ago. i’m on 30mg and missed my review call (lol). first day was insane i felt like i was tweaking but really mellowed out since then. i now feel like it’s actually really not enough for me however the cramping is just insane. i think it already made my period come early (was wearing white jeans at work bc i wasn’t expecting it to come for another 6 days!!) and the cramps on top of regular period cramps were awful - does the cramping get worse with a higher dose? i know it’s a common side effect but my lorddddd i don’t think i can take it 😂 would be a shame to stop elvanse because of this because i love it so far. my sleeping is dreadful anyway and being kept up by cramps wasn’t really on my bingo list for this year! any tips and advice appreciated whilst i wait til my next review lmao <3
