Ivf with dna fragmentation

We recently discovered that my husband has dna fragmentation of 58% He is a CKD patient other than that everything is okay like count is 70 mil, mobility is little less with 29%. He has changed his life style after diagnosing with ckd. Doctor said he has to go to tese. I don’t want him to make him overwhelmed So doesn’t want to push to tese Can we go with normal ejeculation method or tese method We will be waiting few months and check back with his dna fragmentation Suggestions please
