I can no longer handle the smell of my dog.

I have an almost four year old boston terrier french bulldog mix with an extremely sensitive stomach. At the advice of vets I've tried every food under the sun and nothing helps. Even chicken breast and rice upsets his stomach. He's also extremely picky and there are only one or two things he'll even eat.

Two years ago my kidneys failed and over time my own stomach has become more sensitive and now I'm at the point where just being near him farting every five minutes is making me throw up. It's so bad that I'm considering rehoming him because I just can't handle it anymore and it's impacting my health.

Does anyone have any suggestions I may not have tried yet?

Again, every protein source upsets his stomach. He's had beef, pork, chicken, lamb, venison, salmon, tuna, and plant based.

Also I'm disabled now so I can't be spending large amounts of money on this anymore, but even when I could stuff like royal canin or gentle stomach formulas didn't help and neither does human food. The vet says nothing is wrong with him and it's just the breed.
