I need to know how to contact EA (live chat)

I mistakenly bought FC Points for EA FC 25, wanting to buy them at EA FC 26..

The option to transfer the FC Points never appeared to me and I would like to know if there is any way to talk to them live to see if it can be solved, if not I will have to open packs of an old game XD
