Am I an idiot for wanting to buy a 2012 Lexus Gx 460 180k for $11k?

Found it on marketplace. I have a 2013 ridgeline RTL that I would sell for $11k and buy this. Biggest concern is expensive repairs such as valley plate leak etc. seams like a deal since these cost 15k normally. Help
