Concern about Breast augmentation

Today i had my breast augmentation surgery. I am 34AA I had some breast tissue. 20 years old and 5'2 (158cm),99.2 lb (45 kg), the doc told me that in petite and skinny and i tried some implants in front of a mirror, i went bigger than what he said and he agreed bc it is my opinion. I asked how much cc is that? He said 325 and i said okay and he even said ill try to make it 350 if its safe and i happily agreed. Bc i wanted difference you know and he even said i look good petite bc big breasts isn't for me but i still wanted something big, full C cup to D. I made it clear many times, he said my body was so beautiful and i understand that his priorities are making it aesthetic and safe. But i wanted big, not ridiculous size but not a B either. Bc theres not much difference. I woke up, the size he put was 285 and i know it will go small by time bc of edema. They are fresh rn so they look hard and big but im concerned that i will have average breasts and not what i want. is it possible to look D with 285 with my body size even tho i saw what 325 looked like and wanted it? Why did he put 285? Or doctors already do their best to put the sized we want? Did he give me the look i want as much as he can or he just put 285 to look natural?
