Humble support interaction time

Hello,

I've had an issue with my borderlands 4 preorder and i've contacted the support, i've read that the awnsering time is around 9 business day and i got a first answer a week later.
What is really disturbing/annoying about it is that EVERY anwsers from them is speparated by 5-9 days, not just the first one.

Has it happened to someone else? isn't there any solution to speed up the process?
