reinvest every damn dollar, best startup advice

yea i know this sounds generic. “reinvest into your startup.” you’ve read it a million times. but you also know, almost no one actually does it. i was on a call with a friend who just got into college and started building his brand. he was breaking down their whole bootstrap stuff, i was more keen to understand and know more lolol(night call with frens are at another level), live every day like it’s day 0. don’t act rich till you’re actually rich. and he is making money, i mean good money.

and it hit me… most of us don’t. we get that first $1k, $5k, even $10k in revenue and instantly start “rewarding ourselves.” nice dinner, new phone, whateverrrr.

it feels boring in the moment but some years down the line you know the roi.
