OFA Dekus projectile should not knock you back

I know he's been discussed to death but I haven't seen many people mention this, it's superfast, does decent damage and knocks you back? It kills momentum and if timed correctly traps you in spam.

Just pure overkill, you can't have all of the above in a balanced character. Good thing he isn't balanced then I guess...
