Broke Through Plateau With Bundles and Increased Session Time.

NSFWSpoiler❕Gains Success❕(Unverified)

After experimenting with pe a lot throughout college and even high school. I started in April 2023. After really committing to a routine I gained very quickly during my first year gaining about 1.2 inches in my first 14 months. This routine consisted of 45 min to an hour of basic manuals (I would occasionally throw an ads for an hour or 2 before or after my routine I believe this encourages additional gains but is not necessary if you don’t have the time).

After the major gains I achieved in the first year my progress really slowed and I felt like I was barely ever able to hit the strain levels I used to get. After almost a year of minimal progress maybe .15 inches in length gains I decided to take a 3 week decon and come back with a little different approach. After the decon I came back focusing on adding bundled stretches specifically the Mandingo stretch into my routine. I start out with about 15 minutes of basic manuals then start to add in reps of Mandingo stretches throughout my routine. After I have gotten a few 1 minute reps of the Mandingo in with both hands I feel my dock loosens up a little and I am able to get more of a stretch with straight out and straight down stretching. I will do straight and straight down stretches for about 1.5 hours and add in the Mandingo through out the rest of the routine. The last half hour is where I’m really able to accumulate a lot of strain.

I feel I’ve been able to gain at least .2 inches since the beginning of June doing this which is a lot quicker than my gain rate the year before. I also bought a pump earlier in the year and try to pump for about 15-20 minutes after my manual routine ( I do this about 3 times a week). I feel it’s been a combination of this decon addition of mandingos and pumping post session that have helped me break through this plateau. It’s been a big commitment and a lot of extra work but it proves that you can still gain at a significant pace after that initial 1 - 1.5 inch gain. You just have to be willing to put in the extra time and effort.
