Healing while bleeding should stop bleeding

Im not sure if this is a bug or intentional but ive noticed i die ALOT to bleeding while having an active stim healing me . if bleeding is applied after the stims initial you will heal through the bleeding for the duration of your stim and then die to blood loss. If you have an active stim the bleeding effect should be removed while its active. If stims let you survive multiple rounds hitting you in rapid succession it can heal some bleeding.
