Sugaring with intention and love: Is this a recipe for disaster?

Seeking Advice

I’m an SD in a stage of life where I’m ready to settle down, and lately I’ve been more intentional about dating. At the same time, I genuinely enjoy the sugaring lifestyle. The honesty, the clarity, and the way expectations are laid out have always made more sense to me.

What I’ve been wondering is: how common is it for sugar daddies to be open to marriage within this lifestyle? Do some arrangements naturally evolve into something long-term and permanent, or is that more of an exception than the norm?

I know sugaring is often viewed as temporary, a season of life for both sides but could there also be room for real long-term compatibility?

So I’d love to hear from others in the bowl:

Have you seen arrangements evolve into marriage or serious partnerships?

Do SDs and SBs talk about that possibility early on, or does it just happen naturally if the connection is right? I feel like I should put hints of what I’m looking for on my profile but is that too soon/forward?

Is there a point where “traditional” dating starts to feel less practical than continuing in the sugar world?

Curious to hear real experiences—both from SDs and SBs—on whether marriage or long-term relationships in this lifestyle are more common than people think.
