How can someone so addicted stop?

I've been consuming for 20 years now, most of that time masterbaiting daily. I was molested as a child, he showed me porn to get me in the mood. I repressed those memories, but not the part where I liked what was on the screen. Even though i didn't know why, I felt like I should watch it and masterbait and I enjoyed it. Now I'm a 30 year old with severe PIED and I can't stop. The only reason I made it to a week was because I was with my long distance girlfriend and could finally get some relief after a few days. Now we're separated again and I'm fighting alone.

It just doesn't seem possible for someone so deep too get out.
