AIO the nurse and the secretary at my doctors office always use the speaker phone and I’m uncomfortable.

This has been going on for a while and I notice they talk to patients, me included on the speaker phone. And I can hear other patients in the background at the front desk! So I know I’m heard by those patients. I can definitely hear the conversations they have with patients while I sit in the waiting room, about medications, illnesses and appointment times. Am I overreacting to feel like privacy is being breached?
