Did someone visit Gudauri, Georgia?

Last year I have visited Bansko, Bulgaria, and the most annoying thing was that the accommodations are not in the ski resort, and each morning, thousands of skiers stand in one line to get on the only gondola to the resort. Do gudauri offer ski-in, ski-out? Are the hotels in the resort itself? Thanks!
