Why does it take 1 month to score an all multiple choice exam

I wrote on 9/5 and im about the crash out if my score isnt at least 510. I got 512-515 on my full-lengths but my gpa isnt the highest (3.75 but cs at a top 30 school). I have been sleeping poorly and biting my cheeks in my sleep. I am constantly anxious and nauseous. I cant tell if after scores are released if ill be relieved or even more agitated. Why do we have to wait this long does aamc want to torture us wtf. Its all online and multiple choice why a month
