Sailor Festival Restorer of Light Quest from Valerie in the event map.

Has anyone done this quest call Sailor Festival Restorer of Light Quest from Valerie in the event map. I am not sure what the quest is about as it did not appear in my quest tab and when i interact with her she doesnt give any clue. Is this a hidden quest just like the previous event?

If anyone had clear it, would it be ok to share it here. I would like to clear the quest as well. Mike Tango
