Is going back to your “normal” ways ever going to happen?

Super close to reaching my goal weight (starting:255 current:162 goal:155) I was just thinking about the way I used to eat before going on a calorie deficit and thinking if I would ever be able to go back to that. Calories and macronutrients have become such a big part of the way I look at food, I’m not sure I would be able to look at food the same way. And not in like an eating disorder way, after I reach my goal weight I fully intend on raising my calories up to maintenance or even a slight surplus, but now I think of the nutritional value of everything before I eat it. Before I had no problem eating something that was 600+ calories with barely any protein as a snack, now I don’t think I could. People who lost the weight and kept it off, how different is your life before and after?
