Birth control + stress = weird period?

So I have been on Junel for like 8ish years now. Ever since I’ve been on it, my period always came Tuesday out of the placebo week. But this month it came on Wednesday. When it started there was bright red blood for like a hour or so and now it acts like it’s disappeared now Thursday? I’m still feeling all my symptoms but there’s barely any blood.

I have been kinda stressed in my personal life. Though I don’t really have anything to stress about I can feel it in my body if that makes sense. I’m also on a new high dose of compounded semaglutide.

Should I be worried about my period or being pregnant? I’ve just never had this happen before and I feel it causing me even more stress because I’ve never had my period start on a Wednesday and then disappear :
