Help!

Hi everyone, first time poster. I am 38 turning 39 in a few weeks. Back in March my AMH was .63. I started IVF stims last week (150 menopur, 300 gonal), estrogen was 21, 27, 51 on day 5. Day 7 they cancelled my cycle because they only saw 1 egg. My doctor said because of my amh she’s only hoping to get 5 eggs at best for one retrevial. Any advice out there?! Feeling so hopeless.
