Cycle weird after two medicated IUIs?

I am taking a month off after two unsuccessful medicated IUIs (took clomid the first and a trigger, letrozole, a trigger, and progesterone for the second), and my cycle this month has been wonky. I have been having light spotting on days 17-19, which is not normal for me.

Is it possible that the meds could mess up this cycle, even though I’m not taking anything this month? Anyone else experience something similar?
