[TOMT] Sound bite of girl saying “Proobablyy” meme origin?!?!

There is a sound bite that me and two other friends reference of a girl saying “PROOBABLYY” and we cannot for the life of us figure out where it’s from.

One friend says it’s from vine, the other says it may be from barbie and the dream house. I think it may be from an old Bratz movie or a show like total drama island… pls help!!!
