I Need Advice On My New Cozy Game

Hi! I am an aspiring game developet and working on my first big project called Luxary Resort. I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to make this game cozy, because this is a cozy game. I'm also wondering about the art because im not the best drawer and i dont have the money right now to hire someone-I spent it all on the pre order for JWE 3. Also what is the best engine to use? My game is 2d and based on the mobile game Rent please. My game im hoping will be available to play on pc.
