Cant download black ops 7 beta even tho i have an early access code

I tried downloading the beta with the code i got for the twitch thing but since i put my region as puerto rico (where i live) in the call of duty website when i redeemed it, it now shows up that i cant claim this voucher in this area on the playstation store, so if anybody had any ideas on what i should do it would be very appreciated
