The Uchiha never died because they never knew about Naruto's tenant and didn't intend to use him as their rebellion plan leading to just tense relationships but nothing they could actually do the rebel.

"Can I unwish this?" Kakashi asked the Genie getting a nod.

"I wish Kakashi was an Uchiha!" Naruto shouted before Kakashi could unwish this world.

"Done." The Genie Snaps his finger and Kakashi's regular eye turns into a Mangekyo and his Transplanted eye had turned into an Eternal as Obito has become his actual blood brother.

The Genie disappeared as the 4 now get to Navagate a new world.
