I need advice for purchasing a cage

So I've tried all the cheap amazon knockoffs, and I found one that fits well but the biggest issue is when locked, the ring and cage, when locked, do not remain flush, causing it to pinch and be painful. I want to get a proper, good cage that I could wear long term, and I don't mind spending the money to get one. does anyone have advice on good brands? is there somewhere I can send in measurements for a custom one?
