New pharm tech trainee

I am just finishing week #2 of my first ever pharmacy job here. So far I feel like I can confidently fill, cycle count, and cash out a regular pickup. But I feel like I’m struggling a lot with learning how to navigate connexus and I get so lost when a customer needs help with anything other than just picking up. (Refills, updating insurance, changing quantities, exc.) Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
