Optimal Artisan Dual Blade Rolls and Attack V Affinity

Pretty much the title, it's really hard to find info or a comprehensive guide on this. Just want to know what rolls I should aim for and if attack or affinity is better. Mainly asking for dual blades but if there's a resource out there that has done the testing for all weapons I would welcome that just as much. I would appreciate any and all help. Thank you.
