desperately need help with Genital Psoriasis

A few years ago I had a bad patch of psoriasis on the palm of my hand. At one point it magically went away but i had it for YEARS. now: i have it on the outside of my vagina on the right lip and over into where my crotch and leg meet. It itches SO. BADLY. like there are days I feel like I can’t take it anymore. The skin seems worse when it’s moist? I even used wrinkle paste from my bulldog to try and dry it out and it helped some, but it just scabs over and gets moist again and painful.

this is hell. I am never comfortable, I will scratch until I bleed. I’ve used stuff with charcoal/tar and it smells like pure gasoline. it’s been like this now for almost 2 years. i need help. any advice? the doctor just tells me there is nothing they can dat.
