AD Appt Tomorrow- Advice/Tips

Hello Gentlemen & Ladies- I have my first appt with a local AD tmrw for my first Rolex. I’ve been on this sub for about 2-3 months and have learned quite a bit. I’m celebrating a 30 year wedding anniv and this is my special gift. I’m wanting a 36 DJ, blue dial, fluted bezel on oyster band (ref 126234). I know the DJ are available (not abundant) but what should I say to get myself on his radar. Obv, no history bc I’ve nvr needed a Rolex AD before.

My main questions for him are: diff bw rolisor and SS, the approx wait time, CPO versus purchasing brand new, suggested maintenance schedule, why secondary are more expensive than retail, est cost of said watch. Also, I’m not married to the DJ, a similar OP (with/without date, no fluted bezel) would also work- but I want the blue.

What do you guys suggest? I don’t mind being a novice but I don’t want to look like a smartass or an idiot, either.
