Is it okay to use outfit mod?

Is is okay to mod the game only with outfit? I am not enough rich to aford to buy a skin as also f2p, can i use skin mod without any issue? Warn me if theres a problem and my id is not small id more like a big account, help me with this, and if theres any tips to use skin mods safely?
