ENGLISH GENERAL PAPER MARKING

For English General Paper 1 (Essay), my overthinking is messing with my mind. What happens if someone miswrote the question number he is supposed to answer? For example he wrote essay question number 4 in the column instead of question 2 while the essay is entirely about question 2? Is the result affected? If so, how many marks is deducted?
