Should I go for FedEx or DHL? It seems UPS is slammed. What about DDP?

Basically the title. So I was wondering about this because UPS seems really backed up. I chose DHL for shipping and it’s ¥4,089 for shipping but with the DDP to the US, it goes up to ¥13,539.

That’s pretty steep. It’s a leather wallet and it’s a very small package. Does that seem right?
