Zero chill in the evenings

Our little guy, Biscuit, is a little more than 4 months. Very cute, mostly sweet, occasional goblin. My wife and I work different hours - I'm overnight, she's during the day. So I'm sleeping when she's home and vice versa. MY wife, a teacher, is also in the middle of a project where she has a LOT of work to do at home outside of school hours. Unfortunately that's when our guy is more likely to be wound up. The last few nights he's been non-stop, barely calming down until it's late at night. Wife is exhausted and can't get anything done.

We think his teething may be the main factor, so hopefully once he's done that will calm things down. But if anyone has advice or reassurance or just comfort, we'll welcome any and all of it!!
