School districts/Neighborhoods opinions

I’ve only lived here a couple year and plan to buy in a couple more. With that be said - I know jack shit about the schools and majority of the neighborhoods/towns.

I originally moved here for more affordability out of college. I was highly mistaken on the housing market in the area.

I currently rent in Baldwin. I work by the airport and my partner works in the city. I’d LOVE nothing more than to move away from 51. Between 51 and 376, the commute to work is brutal for me.

For those who know the area well, please share some towns that would be a great place to look into with good schools for future kids. Housing budget is like $250k if that helps with more realistic options.

Please share areas to AVOID.

Also, how accurate is Zillow with their school ratings?
