Jury duty question

Hi folks, I got selected for jury duty and unfortunately the info provided by King County on scheduling is lacking.

On October 7th I will be part of the oool for jury selection. If I’m selected should I expect the trial to start the next day or will it be a couple of days? Follow up question of what hours should I expect to be present for a trial?

The reason I’m asking is at this point I have to block out huge chunks of my calendar and have appointments on the 8th that I might need to reschedule
