Need suggestions/thoughts/tips on getting a gaming phone that can handle long sessions of heavy gaming but still last like the average phone(hopefully at least 4+ years)

Planning on getting the IQOO Neo 10 pro+ as an upgrade/replacement for my Xiaomi 11T that I've been using for at least 4 years. Any thoughts or opinion about the IQOO Neo 10 pro+? Should I reconsider? Are there other better choices? Or anything worth more value for the money?
