Year level on portal

Hello po, I'm a 3rd year irreg and most of my subjects this semester are 3rd year subjects, but my portal indicates I'm on Year Level 2. Isa nalang 2nd year sub na naiwan ko, and I'll take it next sem. Can I possibly ask the tech's office to fix this for me? Thank you po sa mga sasagot.
