Replacement outlets - Leviton commercial grade or residential grade?

We just got a house and looking around I would like to just replace all the outlets. I’m looking at about 40 total.

I’m looking at the Leviton 15a 120v replacements. I see the standard ones are about 60c per unit bulk but the commercial grade ones are about $1 each bulk.

Any reason to go up to the commercial grade or should the standard residential version suffice?
