Support Weapon Strategy

I’m not sure if anyone else uses this technique but I stumbled upon a fun strategy last night!

When you bring in a support weapon that has a cooldown between shots (like the Quasar Cannon) and you know you’re going to be stationary/defending an objective for a while AND your support weapon has cooled down to be called in again, you can:

Call in a second support weapon, shoot your first support weapon, then drop it and pick up the second support weapon and shoot that, then keep cycling between the two support weapons to reduce the overall cool down time between shots. This was an incredibly effective method to shoot down the bot drop ships!
