How are the tasks?

I have a PhD in Chemistry (from the UK) and am thinking about working for Mercor for now.

Could anyone tell me how the work looks like (saw the NDA posts so only formats + high-level info would already be great)?

Would love to understand if the work is something I would enjoy doing which is very hard to judge from the information publicly available.
