485 interview scheduled NEEP HELP

Hi everyone, my I-485 interview just got scheduled. I have an approved I-130, I wanted to know what would the interview for the 485 be like and if my husband has to attend with me? He’s a USC but he got arrested and is being released 2 days before the interview. I was wondering if should reschedule, go by myself or be prepared for the worst. I’m meeting with a lawyer today but still wanted some feedback from members of the sub.
