Waterproof poncho

Tried out a cheapo Decathlon poncho this summer and really prefer it for rainy conditions in warmer weather, but it has a crap waterproof rating so becomes a waste of time in prolonged rain. Any recommendations for a good, genuinely waterproof poncho?
