Does anyone have elder siblings/sibling who never looked out for them?

My elder sibling, as I recall, never ever looked out for me. Like never. Whenever I went to them for any problem or crying because of my parents, they always said it's because they are parents/ or it's your fault because you did that.

Recently we had a huge fight and I'm considering cutting ties with them because they are better off gone because it won't make a difference anyway. I have always fought my battles alone.
