Wet Signature vs Scanned

My attorney mentioned to me that their H1B forms are seeing some NOIDs/denials for not mailing the actual wet signed copies. Not sure if family based applications are seeing similar effects. My ROC application submitted were photocopies of the original wet form. Anyone come across anything similar?
