Is Xingque better than Barbara together with Nilou, Lauma c1 and nahida?

I accidentally got Yelan and now my Xingque isn't needed in my Skirk team anymore so i wondered if he isn't a better hydro applicator than Barbara and since C1 Lauma heals and bloom damage received a nerf wouldn't he be better?
