Physical Address Verification

So I was randomly testing some trading apps and I found plus500. After opening an account, one of their representative called to help me speed up the verification. He asked regarding the proof of address which I said that I don't have any. But interesting part is that he said they can do physical verification where one of their representative will come and verify my address physically. Now this is something interesting. I was wondering if binance can do the same, or any other crypto exchange that provides such option.
