Any financial advisors out there?
How did you guys start? Did you start at a lower position and work your way up? How to you enjoy your work-life balance?
I am looking for a fulfilling career that I can dedicate the rest of my life (hopefully) to. Something sufficient that will not be inconsistent like my current job in the service industry. I am currently in management. If I had to admit, finance was not my first choice. But, it seems like it fits the criteria of what I’m looking for in terms of income output. Plus, I enjoy a good challenge.
Bonus question; did you guys feel like college set you up properly for the job? Or did you learn most on-the-job?
Any tips, tricks, or even personal stories are helpful. Thank you!
