22 GTS with buyback title

I’ve been eyeing this listing:

Quick hits: it’s got a buyback title due to airbag light issues. It’s also got 2 minor dings on the carfax due to some other incident.

I personally feel 78k for this car with said issues is way high. I lowballed the dealer in the mid 60s. They declined… all good. What do others think in terms of realistic pricing? I can get a clean title GTS for not that much more probably mid 80s.
